This is taken from a message from the Director of Flight Operations:

"...The next class of 24 starts November 20, then a small class will start in December, and that will be it for this year.

On the airplane front, we are actively looking at acquiring 5-8 units next year on top of the already scheduled 2 new deliveries to begin covering the planned 10% growth. Beyond that, discussions are starting about a considerably larger order for 2005 and beyond. This will likely be in the 50-100 aircraft range."

It goes without saying: believe it when it rolls into the gate.

50 to 100 aircaft or a considerable order for 50 to 100 SEATERS? Hope he meant what he said about 50+ planes and not just a slip of the tounge. Trying to get an interview.:D

He's talking Boeing 737NG or Airbus A320/19...not 50-100 seaters. Mesa already flies CRJ-900/700s for us.
