FH-227?

I did not think that Delta had the F-27 just the Fairchild version of it the FH-227. I could be wrong however.

The the layout of the cockpit is the only difference in the Fh-227 and F-27 mk 500 series. Fh-227 was a bit nicer until you came to the 1986 F-27 mk-500.

WTF is up with the Delta Fokker?

My info is Delta inherited some FH-227s with the Northeast merger in '72. (hence the N-number) I have another pic of the very same aircraft, N376NE in a book at home. I belive the majority were sold to Air New England in '74-'75.

Would that I could still ride in a DC-8 lounge, in anybody's colors.....:(
