IMC
I actually talked a student into doing their IFR ticket by taking him during private training into real IMC. HE compared it to Sim Instr. and said no comparison(I think all would agree). If you have non-convective IMC around(which is sometimes hard in FL), I definitely recommend training your students in some. I do if I can. Fly safe.
