That's nothing to worry about

One of my former students was a pro football player. You would think he would have superior eye / foot coordination. Nope. Even a pro athlete has trouble learning to taxi.

After my first few lessons (MANY years ago) I would get in the car and try and steer with my feet. Wow! Those other cars in the flight school parking lot were in trouble.

Finally got my NFL guy to sit in a chair and close his eyes and visualize taxiing while moving his feet to go along with the mental image. After a little ribbing form his fellow students, he did just fine.

And you will too. :D
