So...I downloaded a word document on ILS/PRM, LDA/PRM and SOIA ops. just to see what the required training would be for pt 91 in GA planes (non-transport category).
Has anyone else read this? If so, the way I understand it, the "required training" would be to just understand the ILS/PRM and LDA/PRM approaches outlined in the AIM.
so....does that mean there's no "structured training" for pt 91 ops?
Anyone from the FAA on the board care to chime in?
I'm just wondering if there's any paper I'd have to have with me or a note on my certificate saying I'm authorized for PRM/SOIA stuff.
Thanks for following along so far, because I just really confused myself writing that. If you have any info, I'd appreciate it.
