When I took my IR written test I also took the IGI and CFII test. My IGI results are doing nothing for me right now. With just my PVT and IR, what can I do with the IGI test? Should I fill out the 8710 or what ever that is and take it in?

No, the IGI without the FOI test results will not get you very far at any fsdo if you show up with the completed 8710 with only the IGI results.
