IFR into the Wash ADIZ..business as usual?

Anything different about flying into the ADIZ when you are on an IFR flight plan?

Do I need to file IFR on the phone with FSS, and let them know its for ADIZ penetration?

Or can I just file IFR with DUATS like I normally do?

it's just like any other IFR flight... Just don't enter the "FRZ" for any reason unless you are approved to do so (approved part 121, Military, properly cleared to Regan airport or the DC 3, ect.) And don't deviate from your clearance.
