I hear a good class action lawsuit by the former RTA pilots to get their pensions back.

Wouldn't that frost Mothers toes?
 
You know, RTA was a wholly-owned subsidiary too, and THEY got their pensions. Now that FLOPS is wholly-owned, yeah, you are Raytheon employees again. I agree. If the company doesn't acknowledge this soon, the RTA pilots SHOULD file a law suit.

My guess however, is that Raytheon isn't going to own FLOPS long enough for any of that to happen, because they bought the remaining 4% to sell them.
