From KARE in Minn. NWA is negotiating a kickback (oh .. refund) from the MSP airport commision because ....

"Commission spokesman Patrick Hogan said airport leaders worry about Northwest moving flights from the Twin Cities to its Detroit hub."

And airports can't strike either .....
