Idiot trying to fly a helicopter

Just curious what the army does when you bend up a helicopter like the one that hit the trees? Article 15?

The PIC on that flight was an Instructor Pilot and a CW3.

They didnt do squat to that guy.

I didn't know if the comment heard on the tape referred to the pilot's death, or simply the accident with a total loss of the aircraft.

The guy lived, at the end the camera man is telling him to get away from it... used the same name as he did when he asked if he was ok...

Registration matches, they should add the student was a complete idiot for going up alone. Though it looked like a fun ride until he hit the ground for the first time.

I think that's what they meant when they said

"JUDGMENT..POOR..DUAL STUDENT," and
"INSTRUCTIONS,WRITTEN/VERBAL..DISREGARDED..DUAL STUDENT."
