ID Travel for Executive Flyers ?

Can somebody provide an insight into the benefits of staff travel when employed by a executive operator ? As they are not members of IATA (for ID 50/75/90 tickets) do some of them have arrangements with airlines in order to provide discounted tickets for their staff ?
