Look at the "Airline Addresses" on this Web sites home address. It has IBC's Address and Fax number. If you would like to know about them feel free to PM me.
The Pay is $18,000 /yr after taxes for F.O. Capts about 36K
Schedule: you get a schedule every month with about 10 days off, but don't count on the schedule staying the same. They change your days off almost every week.
Pilots: The pilots there are pretty cool to work with, everyone (employees) there is pretty laid back.
Management: Depends on what mood the C.P. is in that day. It's hit or miss.
Upgrade: about 2 years to never, depending on how much brown nosing you're willing to do.
Routes: All from Miami to: The Bahamas, Santo Domingo, Kingston, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Havanna, Cuba on Tuesdays.
Aircraft: 1 Shorts 360, the rest are Metros and the 402 is gone.
Training: Suxs. Training consists of the C.P. reading the manual to you all day. Drink lots of coffee cause he is very mono-tone.
Contract: None, no PFT and no training contract. At least when I was there
Miami: Very expensive to live in. $18,000 is poverty down there. Prepare to have no life.
Benefits: Medical and Dental deducted from your check ($20 a week). It's expensive and they don't have direct deposit.
Over all: It's a good company. If you're a complainer or don't get along well with others you won't last too long. I give it a 7 out of 10.
