I am curious about this company. They seem to be posting positions off and on on several sites. Anyone with insight that wants to share would be greatly appreciated. I have several friends in South Florida looking for work.

They are only hiring Lear and Shorts typed pilots. They dont pay for any initial training

When did IBC get Lears ? I seem to recall a fleet of 402s, metroliners and a SH-360.

Its a good solid company to work for. I have three friends that work there, one is the chief pilot and the other is dir. of ops. If you're interested I would definitely reserch it!
