IAH airport hotels

Does anybody have any info on IAH airport hotels names and cost for crewmembers? Any info would be great.

I don't know any names or prices off hand, but there are numerous hotels south of IAH on JFK Blvd, and most of them are fairly reasonable. I have stayed in 2 or 3 of them in the past year, and they do give pilots a good rate.

If I'm not mistakem last time I spent an overnight there we stayed in the Marriott Green(s)point.

i just saw a sign on the marquee at Comfort Suites, a couple days ago driving home from work, "Airline Employee Discounts." i don't know what their rates are, or what kind of discount, but look them up. don't have the phone number, either, but if you search for it, it'd be the one on JFK Blvd, directly south of the airport.

Also, the Clarion/Hampton used to offer discounts, not sure if they still do.

The Quality Inn on Will Clayton is the cheapest. I think it's the closest too (besides the Marriott at the terminal). The airline crew rate is $32 out the door. The van service is reliable and you get a free USA Today.
