according to pilotyip, you better get busy and earn that instrument ticket (and all else) and put the school work aside if you intend on making 6 figures by 30.

ill be busy, ill finish up my instrument by the end of the summer (at the latests) and should have my commercial not too long after that. so maybe if all goes well i could start working on my cfi by the end of the year
 
keep at it. You'll get discouraged along the way. This will happen many times. you'll wonder what the heck you're doing spending all this money and trying to learn this or that maneuver, studying this or memorizing that. keep at it. It'll all come together. Looking back, you'll se how easy it reall all was.

Oh and get that college degree. Theres a lot more out there than airplanes. It'll culture you and boraden your horizons about the world and society around you.
