You make an excellent point. The best one yet. If the pilotin question did sign a contract saying he would get typed at the 1st recurrent, then he has it coming to him. I'd explain to the CP that the deal was made before he came in and that this is something HR needs to get involved with. At that point, no contract should be required, as the type training is covered in the previous agreement which you have lived up to.Melon said:You signed a contract stating that you would be typed at the first recurrent. If it falls on deaf ears, bail asap. They can not enforce a training contract on you that had provisions changed during the course of the term of the contract.
