Her butt's getting a bit big lately, but she does have one of the best personalities on TV. She drops some subtle humor now and then which lets you know she's not the nerdy prude that a lot of people think she is.

As long as we're going outside the weather category, I'll put my vote in for Jane Skinner of FNC.
