News Flash,

XJT has a scope clause (anything w/19 seats or more is on our list)and the as you say "few extra" dollars. Why do you think its 1 list for the charter guys we have, who by the way get $18 dollar an hour override on top of their current rate. Just wanted to clarify.

If you had iron clad scope, CHQ would not be flying for CAL.

Obviously you dont know what scope is, by that statement.

the scope you speak of is Scope that is within your own company. CAL can do whatever they want that has nothing to do with ExpressJets Scope Clause. Sorry thats not how pilot negotiations work at least not at the regional level. That's your lesson of the day. CAL has a scope clause just like XJT has a Scope clause. But i am sure you know that.

The scope that Chautauqua pilots fought for in 2003 (single seniority list) is MUCH different than scoping CAL into using only Expressjet as their regional carrier.

Apples and oranges...

Let's not forget that Wexford owns a considerable stake in Frontier airlines. What if Wexford/RAH purchases Comair and replaces Shuttle DAL flying with CRJ's and moves more of the 170's to the Frontier system? The possibilities are endless and it seems that Pastor Bedford and Bishop Atkins seem to have a competition going on to be the leaders of the industry...

A rogue squirrel once challenged Chuck Norris to a nut hunt around the park. Before beginning, Chuck simply dropped his pants, instantly killing the squirrel and 3 small children. Chuck knows you can't find bigger, better nuts than that.

sorry, i guess i should've used the word exclusivity.
