hypnotized

Guys mine used to be so bad that I went and saw a hypnotist. 95% of you guys having HBP is in your head, I know it happens to me. I think it has helped quite a bit. You need to think about the here and now, not yesterday tomarrow, your farthest outlook should be you next breath, you are living in your head not in your body. When you live in your body and not in your head you will see that your body has the ability to take over and regulate properly. For starters DO NOT tense up relax your muscles, and breathing in imaging you are sucking air up through your right arm, and exhaling out your left, it will take your mind off of the doctor and put you back into your physical reality not into your mental reality.

Aren't medicals a hoot. I just had my first EKG. Those sticky electrical leads sure do remove a lot of chest hair. OUCH!

got it

Just to update, I got my medical. The examiner was helpful, and sympathetic to my position. I am going to take newmei's advice about the hypnotisim. This is just too much of a headache to go through every year, I can only imagine what it will be like when I have to go every 6 months.
Thanks
