I got a Midway Recall Letter.........

Ok Ok....This is strange. I got in the mail yesterday a recall letter from Midway Airlines. Last I heard that they were out of business and trying to become a US Air Express carrier. The funny thing is is that there are a few hundred people in front of me.

If the are doing a recall maybe they are starting from the bottom of the list working their way up? (ha ha....)


I have three days to notify them of my intentions....

anybody else get this too?

I don't think they are recalling from the bottom. Maybe everyone is throwing their recall letters in the trash. While I wish them well and it was fun while it lasted...I just don't see Midway 6 making a big impact on the regional airline industry. But hey, if you're doing laps in the SWA pool, life can't be all that bad.

Figured I would turn the recall down. I have a job now that is kind of fun and will sit tight until the call comes. I enjoyed Midway while it lasted and I think that I am lucky to be in the position that I am currently in.....

can't see taking a pay cut to go back to the unstability too....

especially with Furgeson at the wheel.
