I think Asiana. Emirates CC are not all that great, just because they need SO MANY Cabin Crew, that they have to hire a TONNE of people...can't all be that good looking. I talked to a Swedish girl who was an EK purser on the A-380...she told me their normal contingent is 28 FAs on that airframe!!!

VX has at least one that was not born female. There was a rumor of a second one was well.
