USAir...[font=verdana, arial, helvetica][size=+1][font=verdana, arial, helvetica][size=-2][font=verdana, arial, helvetica][size=-1]training is there to keep the FAA at bay, and to transfer responsibility and BLAME to the employees. Management is deceptive and manipulative. Upper management has often spoken about sincerity and responsibility, yet haven't shown the slightest sign of it themselves for years.
Apparently I've been working for USAir for some time and didn't realize it! :eek:

(Sounds like every airline I've ever heard of...)

Seriously, though, this site looks like a place for every former-employee with a beef to vent their frustrations.
