Hey Guys,

I use to work at FlexJet a few years back and I really enjoyed it.

I've heard that, and maybe someone currently at Flex can verify or correct me on this;

1. Flex is getting (or got) a pay raise.
2. FO's are bumped to Capt. pay after 5 years if there are no upgrades.
3. New bonus/incentive plan.
4. QOL is improving.
5. New owners coming over from the other Frax because of "labor concerns".

Something to keep in mind is that the Fractionals seem to run a cycle, when one or two is really crappy to work at there is one that is great. When I started Flex it was the fractional to work for, (pay, QOL, growth) then things seem to hit a brick wall, and we went to being the perceived worst to work for. Guys were bailing so fast for NJA it looked like rats getting of a sinking ship. Now its looking like the tide is turning a bit, but I'm sure it will slide the other way sooner or later.

Good Luck to All.

Just statin' the facts.

2. FO's are bumped to Capt. pay after 5 years if there are no upgrades.

Gentlemen,
All above are true. As I said in an earlier post, I think that Flex is a great place to work as a pilot. Things are definately improving. Take care.

PS. If any of you want a personal recommendation to the HR people, PM me. I'd be glad to do it.

Best Regards

Broken,

They must still be giving the $1000.00 bonus for signing someone up.

Skippy,

You better get home and mow that yard. You spend a $1000.00 on a push mower, you know your wife is going to expect that yard mowed every other day.
Where am I now, I'm with your wife, employer that is.
