How would you rate Chautauqua Airlines?

Well,....How would you? How is the pay scale? Benefits? Always on call??
Is it good company to fly for or is it about the same as all the rest of the regionals?

One of the first airlines to start stealing flying from Wholly Owned Airlines about 10 years ago for 1/2 the pay.

But hey, "I can pay YOU to fly your airplane? OKAY!"
