Yes, I am Mesaba. It is good place to be, as far as an operation is concerned. Upgrade time for the Saab is going around 5.5 to 7 years depending on the class. The jet has been going around 10 years now for the left seat. Pay is ok, could be more, work rules are really pretty good. Hope this helps.
