You can't!
Last night while flying I noticed my level flight indicator was about 2.5 degrees pitched up above the horizon. So I was thinking hmm, if flying on instruments I'd need to pay more attention to the velocity vector than the "wings" or level flight attitude indication. I can't remember from my A-10 days but I'm pretty sure it was adjustable and it was something you set for level flight as needed. It's odd that this is something not adjustable on a glass panel, new to me obviously, but interesting nonetheless.
