On the cover page and within the objective of ones resume, how do you address the unit/squadron you plan on applying with? For example, if I planned on applying with the 69th Fighter Squadron within the 690th Fighter Wing, what do I put as the objective, unit or squadron?

To obtain a career as pilot within the 69th FS
-or-
To obtain a career as pilot within the 690th FW

I understand this is a very small detail, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Keep the objective on your resume simple. As far as the salutation on your cover letter, ask your point of contact who the squadron commander is. Address your cover letter to him/her.
