Is there a limitation to how many times a company can declare BK over a 10 year period?

Nope, no limit. However it makes it harder to convince the next suckers to invest in the new airline. I think Delta really pulled one over on their investors, USAir was ready to pay 13 million, Delta just recently devalued themselves to around 7 million.
Those investors lost half, doubt they will be back for the next chin-dig.

I think Branson will pick up and leave when he figures that Americans are cheap and will not pay one red cent more for anything. They will connect through atlanta to save 10 dollars but have no problem pony'n up for a 5$ latte and 10 dollar sandwich made by a no hand washing minimum wage bum.

I think you mean 13 Billion not million just a little bit of a difference. I think Delta's market cap is around 2 Billion now. Good thing you are not an accountant.
