I'm not even so sure that you all aren't just staying for ever since you like it so much, but thought I'd ask..

How many a month get to leave the 50 seat pay scale, and where have they been hired on consistently?

I'm assuming that was a sarcastic remark. I'm also assuming that by the "tone" of your post, you don't like Skywest. Of course, you know what assume means, right? So why do you care?

If I misread the "tone" of your post and you really do care, last Summer we were losing about 20-30/month. I would guess that number has stayed pretty steady... maybe higher due to Southwest taking a higher percentage than they were. Most are going to Southwest.
 
I know a dude that went to FedEx. We've gotten a few at UPS. I know another guy that just went to da Tranny.
 
I've flown with several guys recently who've gone to Cathay Pacific, southwest, fedex and ups.
 
Honestly what was the point of your post? Did you start the thread so when other (insert airline name here) posters chime in you'll feel warm inside knowing you made a funny at SKW's expense?

But if you were asking a honest question in the last 2 months I have flown with 3 captains currently in class at SWA and one a Jetblue. Nobody ive flown with wants to go any of the legacys except for united. When they furloughed we hired a bunch of their guys and alot of guys here have made good connections that were recalled back to United.

Quite a few Brasilia drivers are getting on at Alaska. I know of a few Barbie Jet'ers going to Frontier as well. Overall we're losing about 20 a month. Hopefully I'm not too far behind.
 
I know of 4, including myself, that got on with F9 within the last month. UA recalls have hit them a bit more than expected.
