I have an upcoming regional interview and have 5 letters of recommendation that are all pretty good. Should use em all or just give 3?

2 from current airline captains
2 from perspective airline FOs
1 from current airline crew tracker

Thanks

I'd use the 2 captains, and 50-50 on another. I dont know what a perspective airline FO is, but it doesnt seem very highly regarded. I went with 2, a former boss and a chief pilot. Coulda had more but the 2 I had were solid.

Perspective airline FO = FO currently working for the airline I am applying to.

Perspective might not be the right word there chief...sounded a lot like prospective.. meaning you had letters of recommendation from guys who also want a job... which means they might as well be from your dog...

In this hiring frenzy, I'd be more concerned with whether or not you know basic instrument flying and can quickly assimilate systems information
