How many letters of recommendation

[Missed Approach]

I have an upcoming regional interview and have 5 letters of recommendation. Should use em all or just give 3?

2 from current airline captains
2 from perspective airline FOs
1 from current airline crew tracker

seriously....i know you want the regional job bad.....but study , be yourself and if your heart is beating on the day of your interview you will probly get hired since there is a great need for pilots at that level.

no flame intended its just true....there is a great need right now, be yourself , be excited to be there and its yours

I used 1 from current airline capt and two from FO's of the place I am interviewing at.

Got offered the job at the end of the interview.
