I know someone as skilled and educated as GS 200 would not have to worry about this, but watch out what you say about s///ty cargo jobs, our place is filled with pilots who once had the dream jobs at the glamour places and had no idea that later in life this would be where they ended their career. You are a hostage to fortune and are only one merger, bankruptcy or owner dying away from thinking about where do I go next. BTW one can be an idiot and have a degree at the same time, just like Flt Safety, many colleges are pay your fee and get your B schools. So being an idiot and the possession or non-possession of a college degree are completely independent of each other.
