After you do the group interview and they are interested in you, howlong does it usually take for them to ask you to do the rest in Utah? And after you do that how long does it take before they contact youwith a class date or do they just put you in a poll? I am just curiousfrom previous new hires experiences so I can make a decision on what todo in a given amount of time.

Thanks for the replies in advance!

see the other thread on this.

I wish you luck, but if you don't have some turbine time/121 time, and up around 2500 TT, I think you'll be waiting a long time before they call you for an interview for a Brasilia class. your profile says you have about 1200TT.

I had turbine 121 and was called within the week, interviewed soon after, in class within a few weeks after that.

turbinepilot.

don't be discouraged. sure turbine time helps, but it doesn't disqualify you. i know two guys that just got hired this month into the brasilia with bare minimuns. both with zero turbine time. interviewers not to long ago told me they hire into whatever plane best suites you, and with no turbine time, and 1200 hours, your earmarked for the bro. if you get the interview and do well, SkyWest has no problem hiring bare min pilots into the bro. seen it many times. keep plugging away, and i don't think there is a pool going right now, but i could be wrong. a class date should be fairly soon. hope this helps

I have 121 experience and about 200 hours of SIC Turbine. I am just beginning to worry with all these more experienced guys out there that getting hired will be next to impossible. The Bro is fine with me. Just would love to work with the company!

I went to the Skywest open house last week and the HR manager said there was no pool. I think her actual words were "I wish we had a pool" I am hearing from a lot of different sources that they need pilots bad. But its good to see that they arent dropping their standards just to fill seats. I am sure a good amount of FLYi guys will apply there. good luck to them.

Just a short note of hope. I did the online app, went to a group interview, did the second interview in SLC 6 days later and was offered a training class into the bro for 14 days later. I only had 100 multi with light twins. The group part and interview was really good. They look lke a solid company!!!
