ITA, you need to look at my first post in this thread. If you were to show up with a resume or try to get something to somebody in mgmt., you more than likely be told the same thing I've said and politely shown the door. If you really try to "back door" an application and are successful, which is highly unlikely, you'd be rejected by the interview group. Best advice, follow the rules.
