Getting furloughed on Labor Day and have an interview with Compass. How do you guys like it over there? Some questions I have are below and feel free to bring up other stuff as well. Thanks everybody!

1. Trip rigs/duty rigs?
2. What's overtime pay?
3. Cancellation pay?
4. Actual block or historic block pay?
5. Quality of life?
6. Commuting?
7. Schedule flexibility?

1. No trip rigs/ 3:30 duty rigs
2. critical pay 150%
3. Bid schedule Guarantee whatever you got awarded is what you get paid min.
4. Block or better by leg
5. Depends where you live but most trips are commutable at both ends and I have yet to see a trip that is not commutable either end

7. Alot of mixes in DTW mem and msp have 2 to 4 days with MEM having some 5 days
