How Do I Get My FA Action :(

Guys,
I've just started flying the line. I've never flown planes with FAs before. Some of my classmates that I keep in touch with have told me about some of the tail that they've gotten. One of my classmates says he knows a pilot at Transstates that pursues and is successful in nailing as many FAs as he wants. How is this possible? No only I have not gotten any action but I haven't even been noticed by an FAs Could you please give my spefic techniques that work on nailing FAs (female only). I'm being serious, this is not a joke, so please be serious and specific in your answers. No generalities or vagueness. Also, I need something other than the hotel bar. What do you do if the FA is an ice princess???
