Anyone out there know if there a process in place to get a German ATPL?

If I already have a US ATP, is the process any different?

Thanks!

German ATPL

The German ATPL is probably a JAA license. Which means, bottom line, that you simply cannot waltz into the German equivalent of a FSDO, flash your ATP, and waltz out with your ticket. I am certain you will have to take multiple writtens and a practical(s). You should get credit for all your flight time. I understand that it is quite the process.

Hope that helps a little.
