Any ideas on shareware alternatives to buying acrobat? I've got one small pdf file that I need to modify. I can only accomplish this now by printing it out and physically doing the cut and paste. All hints are appreciated.

I remember a couple of years ago I found a PDF to word document converter. If I were you I would look into finding one, it was well forth it for me.

You can download a free 30 day trial edition of Acrobat from the adobe.com website. If you only have one document to work on, this might be a good option. Acrobat has a very cool feature that places a new button in your web browser. When pushed, the button converts whatever web page you are looking at into a .pdf document. I used it to save a bunch of interesting articles from avweb in a format that I can use anytime.
