Anyone with hotel recommendations for Santorini and Mykonos? Going end of this month for a couple weeks and have never been before?

Just left there today, try the Milos hotel most of the crews stay there. If you can't get rooms call Stelios Petropoulos. He's the agent at Aviation Services.

In Mykonos,try http://www.santa-marina.gr/. Nice place,not great,but nice. e5.00 cab ride into town. Very pleasant staff,clean, safe hotel w/good food and nice pools and a small beach. Walking distance to small,nearby village(forgot name) with nice restaurants.

Check out local apartments

I just got back from Paros and Santorini 2 days ago. Even though it is the high season for tourism, I would recommend winging it with apartments. When you get off the ferry you will be mobbed by locals holding signs and pictures of their accommodations. Most prices are negotiable and you can usually go as high or low end as you want. Sometimes you can even work a scooter into the deal.
