Any of you guys fly for Horizon but live on the east coast? I live in the DC area and am wondering if it's even worth applying. Looks like an OK company .... for a regional. Still, that would be a sucky commute.
 
If you live in DC, why would you even consider a transcon commute for a regional? Sure their pay is better, but your QOL will blow. Air Wisconsin and Republic both have bases at DCA...
 
Why commute? I was wondering that myself ... the only reason is that Horizon's pay is better (but not by enough to justify long-term commuting) and that I'm interested in moving out west.

let me put it this way...I have a good friend that works there. She commutes from MSP to PDX and she hates it. She said she's either going to move out there or come work at Pinnacle...I suggest going to Whisky if you can
