Move mx cntrl to the basement. There's plenty of room downstairs. Wouldn't that be a blessing.

Even moving the SkyWest, Inc HDQ after a future merger with ASA/XJT would be a longshot. There's scrub land already next door that's owned by SkyWest that's just waiting to be built up.
