What's new with them, will they be hiring anytime soon? What mins are they looking for? Training, pay, Schedules, reserve??

Class of nine currently going that started April 14th. Q400 and Q200 mix. There will also be a class in May that I am pretty sure they have selected the pilots for. They "say" that is all the hiring for now.

There is a class for the dash-8 200 in May and yes they have it filled. There are also two others that are hired but have not been given a class date yet. They were told to expect something in early fall. So I guess that means there may still be some hiring yet to come. My suggestion is to apply and see what happens.

No one ever seems to know what the mins are that they hire at. It is one of the seven wonders of the world.

Training is paid for as well as the hotel. Training is excellent. They dumb it up so much you have to be really dumb (or too drunk) not to make it.

First year pay is $27.29/hr. Min guarantee of 86.3 per bid. 5 week bid= 10.4 bids per year= $24,493.32 Per diem is $1.70/hr.

As far a schedules, on reserve its 12 days off in the 35 day bid. Usage of reserves varies by bid. There is no good estimate. Some bids almost nothing, other bids all but a few days. Call out times are 2 hours in SEA & DEN and 1 1/2 hours in PDX.

Regular line holders are guaranteed 13 days of a bid, and dash lines go as high as only 16 days a bid. You will see some 17 or 18 day off line in the Q400 or CRJ, but as you can imagine they go pretty senior.
