Anyone know what happened to the link to the public case file for the Horizon Air Industries vs. Frank Brune lawsuit? Nothing comes up from a google search anymore.

I've been trying to find that myself...if anyone can help, please post a good link or something.

I tried to get to the Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges decisions, and the server seems to be off-line.

The link should be correct and current if/when their server comes back on-line.

That is some of the best reading I have ever seen. It shows how QX ,which by most accounts is a "good" regional, treats its pilots and also shows that management is abusive and stupid. I hate to see the management styles of so called "bad" regionals.

FlyinScotsman-- If QX has a reputation as a "good" regional it is *only* because we have a pilot group that stands up to the company's sh!t, like Frank did. Left to their own devices, I think the management here would turn us into a Mesa in no time. If Jon Orenstein never had passive pilots to enpower him, I doubt he'd have turned into Lorenzo Jr....the seeds are there in many management types, I think.
