Good story! .... and a good reminder that when we are at work we have plenty of opportunities to really make someones trip special. A smile and some kind words, bringing a kid to the cockpit, etc. You never know when a small act of kindness will make a big difference.
 
Kudos to the entire crew, for showing the kind of care we need to show our passengers. It's easy to hide behind the cockpit door after all the checklists have been completed, waiting for finals. It's amazing how much is going on in the boarding process that we can make life for our FA soooo much easier.
 
Thank you to the crew. Recognition like that for one of our young troopers is appreciated by all of us.
