The price of corn or veg oil at Sam's is hardly indicitave of the wholesale price of delivered SVO.

Currently, many eateries are paying $0.15 a gallon to have the WVO disposed of. And they get rid of lots of it. (at least, that's my understanding, I'm certaintly no expert on restraunting)

But yes, in a few years, the supply of WVO for home brewing will most likely be bought up by larger energy concerns for conversion to BioDiesel and commercial sale.

Even if I weren't planning to brew it myself, BioDiesel will only decrease in price. Around here B100 is now about 2.95 a gallon. And that price ISN'T going up, it's been on a steady decline. When it comes down to it, Bio will only get cheaper, dino will only get more expensive.
