Holding Speeds??

Ok, for whatever reason I cannot find this in either the Regs or AIM...I am sure I am just missing it. But what are the max holding speeds? Is it...230 kts below 14000, & 280 kts 14000 and above?? Sound about right or how far off am I?

200 KIAS up to and including 6000 feet, 230 KIAS 6,001 up to and including 14,000 feet, 14,001 and above is 265 KIAS although there are some exemptions that I can't remeber right now that are listed in AIM Chapter 5.

Thanks for the reply...I just found it myself. Right where I was tring to find it the night before. Must have been more tired than I thought.

There were some exceptions...military airfields and most others are noted on the chart.
