You are correct -- there has been no mention of hiring more pilots this year, besides what's already in the pool. However, since we are increasing the USPS volume by 45%, common sense would say that FedEx would have to hire more pilots in order to make it happen.

Very true Buffy,

But as always, I like to see it in official print. There are a ton of rumors about, but we are really in the dark. I would like to see Fed Ex come out with an announcement on their plans. In the mean time, we can all speculate.
