Hiring Instructors?

I have a friend who just graduated flight school. Does anyone know of anybody looking for flight instructors? I know the economy is dismal and it's a bad time to be starting out but any help will be greatly appreciated. Preferably in the Midwest but he's not picky. He needs a job
