hired at a regional. forgot to include a couple very minor insurance claims that were reported to the dmv. also 15 years ago had a minor accident. not my fault and the police and dmv have no records. i fax a ammendment to the airline after speaking with hr. my question is, am i screwed?

FN FAL- when you have an insurance claim. someone runs into my work truck and causes 'x' amount of dollars damage. if 'x' amount is above the minimum, the insurance co must report it to the dmv.

Those insurance claims won't be on your DMV. They go into another file that the insurance company can pull up for your rates, but the DMV will not show them.

If you're talking about traffic tickets, and minor stuff like that, and it's not on your official DMV records, don't mention it. Show them your records.

they (the insurance claims, no police action) are on my dmv record as accidents. you see them when as being purged on a 10 year check. they (hr) asked you to put down 'everthing' on your application, but i forgot these. I am guessing they just want to see if you are telling the truth, not hiding anything. hopefully i am just being paranoid and nervous about the new job.
