With respect to the loads of airways flights, they are pretty low right now. I nonreved to DCA yesterday and had 45 empty seats on the 737 out of CLT and 50 empty on the A320 on the way home. Our RJs have been going out with anywhere from 6 to 35 people recently. Contrary to what was said earlier, that is pretty common right now for US. However, I'm told that this always happens right after summer.

Well, you must be picking the right flights because I've nonreved, or tried to throughout the east coast over the last three months and most flights are completely full. I even flew out west two weeks ago and spent more than 16 hours in LAS trying to get on a flight, and over 10 hours in LAX one day a month or so ago.

Sorry to hear about your RJs going out with so few people.. Has that been recently or throughout the summer? Our 1900s are going out just about full everywhere we go. Saabs are about the same..
